We're thrilled to introduce our Post-Bachelor (PB) and Master of Arts (MAT) teacher certification programs for elementary education. Our Early & Elementary Education program provides certification options for Pk-3 and/or 3-6 grade levels, with additional endorsement possibilities in autism spectrum disorder and cognitive impairment. Both PB and MAT participants will obtain a Michigan Elementary Standard Teaching Certificate, while MAT students also earn a Master of Arts in Teaching degree. The program features hands-on clinical experiences woven throughout the curriculum, supported by guidance from advisors, faculty, instructional coaches, and mentor teachers. Additionally, students may qualify for prestigious College of Education endowed scholarships.
