The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department is dedicated to delivering exceptional, cutting-edge educational and research initiatives. The Department pursues excellence across its academic offerings, research projects, and contributions to university, community, and professional service. This curriculum aims to equip graduates for success in both immediate and long-term professional roles as practitioners, in securing professional licensure, and in pursuing advanced education and continuous learning throughout their careers.
Students must have completed a high school or secondary school academic performance.
English proficiency requirements:
TOEFL iBT and IELTS: Minimum scores of 79-80 TOEFL iBT and IELTS 6.5 are required for admission to Wayne State.
MET: WSU also accepts exam scores from the 4 skill Michigan English Test (MET). You must score a minimum of 64 on the MET.
Duolingo: You must score a minimum of 110 on the Duolingo test.
