Innovation & Change equips you with expertise in guiding organizational transformation and fostering innovation within teams and networks. Grounded in principles of planning, organization, and leadership, this program prepares you for professional management roles across diverse industries. The Management major is designed for aspiring professional managers, offering essential competencies in planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring operations. Students enhance their employability by selecting between two specialized tracks. Qualification Requirements

To be considered for admission to Washington State University as a first-year student, a student needs to complete at least 12 years of school, culminating in an appropriate secondary certificate or external examination.
