By studying the interactions between our biological heritage and our learned cultural heritages both past and present, this program will teach you how to address the most fundamental questions about human origins and nature. The Museum of Anthropology in Pullman houses the largest repository of archaeological artifacts from the interior Northwest. Flexible curriculum lets you concentrate on archaeology, linguistics, cultural anthropology, physical anthropology, or a combination of all four Lecture series where faculty, advanced graduate students, and visiting experts share their work. Participate in undergraduate research guided by renowned faculty who are experts in biological anthropology, evolution, and archaeology.

Qualification Requirements

To be considered for admission to Washington State University as a first-year student, a student needs to complete at least 12 years of school, culminating in an appropriate secondary certificate or external examination. (We may consider the first year or two of university in some countries to be secondary level.)
Schooling should include preparation in humanities, mathematics, basic sciences, and social sciences.
WSU requires a minimum grade point average of 2.70 (on a 4.00 scale) for admission as an international first-year student.
