The Chemistry Department provides exceptional courses led by distinguished faculty and cutting-edge research opportunities in state-of-the-art labs for undergraduates passionate about studying the physical world.
Students can choose from four ACS-accredited majors (B.S., B.S. in Medicinal Chemistry & Drug Discovery, B.S. in Biochemistry, B.S. in Materials Chemistry) plus a Bachelor of Arts program. Undergraduate researchers collaborate directly with professors and graduate students, with the chance to pursue an Honors degree through their investigative work.

Certified transcripts are required from each secondary school, college or university attended. A record of at least four years of schooling is needed in order to evaluate the application. Detailed information concerning courses taken and grades received must be listed on these records. If necessary, transcripts should be translated into English with the originals sealed and attached.
All international students whose first language is not English are required to submit a TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo score. We accept self-reported test scores.
