Our Master of Science program features a specialization in exercise science, available with either a thesis or non-thesis track. The curriculum delivers advanced studies for those looking to implement health and movement science concepts in exercise science, education, and sports medicine. Both tracks mandate a minimum of 36 graduate credit hours to earn the degree. For the thesis track, students must complete HEMS 798 (6 credits) along with 30 hours of required courses, exempting them from a comprehensive exam. The non-thesis track requires 36 hours of coursework and successful completion of a comprehensive exam after finishing 30 credit hours.
