Vanderbilt's Peabody College introduces an innovative hybrid Master's of Education in Independent School Leadership, expanding upon the successful framework of our prior summer-intensive program. This redesigned M.Ed. track caters specifically to experienced professionals with a minimum of two years in independent school settings. This 15-month, part-time program assembles a dynamic group of independent school educators - ambitious professionals progressing in their careers who contribute practical insights from actual school environments. Utilizing a hybrid format, the program delivers online instruction during the academic year complemented by two intensive 8-day summer residencies on campus. These immersive experiences allow you to connect with peers, learn from Vanderbilt's renowned faculty, and engage with our vibrant Nashville campus community.
