This program equips students with essential skills and knowledge to comprehend public policy's societal impact, the processes behind policy creation and execution, and methods for assessing policy alternatives.
PPS majors complete foundational coursework covering policy politics, economics, research methodologies, policy's social dimensions, and policy history with ethical considerations. Students enjoy flexibility in meeting certain requirements. Additionally, the program mandates preparatory coursework in mathematics, economics, and political science.
