The Gender and Sexuality Studies Department provides a cross-disciplinary program exploring how gender develops and interacts with other power structures, including sexuality, race, class, disability, nationality, faith, geography, and generation. We inspire learners to create innovative theoretical frameworks and reshape analytical methods across academic disciplines. Our courses and faculty specifically focus on how systemic inequities shape lived experiences.
