Qualification Requirements

Trauma Certificate applicants must meet the general requirements for admission to the Graduate School and/or be current students in the Graduate School at Valparaiso University.
Submit official transcripts with both original and English translations of all university courses in which you have been enrolled.
Once you give the envelope to the Graduate Admissions Office, we will open the envelope, verify the official transcripts, scan them into your profile, and contact the registrar office notifying them we received your official transcripts.
