The Sculpture program focuses on practical engagement with both classic and cutting-edge methods for creating three-dimensional artworks. Learners master diverse skills such as working with wood, metal, and synthetic materials, transforming everyday objects and manufactured components, and casting with metals, polymers, and elastomers. Individual creativity and concepts are nurtured and brought to life through access to specialized sculpture facilities. These include dedicated spaces for woodcraft, plaster techniques, metalwork, foundry operations, forging, investment casting, plus digital tools like laser cutting and additive manufacturing. While crafting physical artworks and installations, participants also study sculptural traditions and modern artistic discourse to effectively convey their visions to viewers.
