As an aspiring leader in education, you'll gain essential competencies to foster leadership development across diverse settings including K-12 schools, colleges, businesses, and industries. Our program offers two specialized tracks: Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education Administration, concentrating on leadership roles in post-secondary and continuing education institutions, and Educational Administration, specializing in school administration for elementary and secondary education systems.

A TOEFL IBT, Academic IELTS, CAE/CPE, or Duolingo score that meets the requirement for admission,
A bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) or higher degree from an institution where English is the sole language of instruction. The following criteria must also be met:
You must have attended this institution for at least one year and your degree was earned within two years of your application to UWM.
You must have attended this institution for at least one year and the degree was earned at an institution in the United States, and you have lived and worked continuously in the U.S since earning the degree.
