Our program emphasizes equipping each student with hands-on expertise in materials and fabrication methods, empowering them to transcend limits, pioneer new approaches, and investigate creative expressions across object creation, installations, performances, site-specific works, time-based art, and digital media. Classes build a strong base of conventional techniques and principles that serve as both historical grounding and modern springboard for artistic exploration. The coursework aims to provide learners with essential competencies to examine ideas and themes pertinent to today's society while developing their unique artistic voice.

Given sculpture's vast array of materials, methods, and mediums, our instructors encourage personal artistic investigation and autonomy within a modern context. The program introduces diverse technical abilities, processes, and tools. Yet critical thinking remains central to our approach, as we challenge students to apply their acquired skills and perspectives to engage with future artistic pursuits.
