The Comparative Biomedical Sciences (CBMS) graduate program focuses on a unified methodology in modern biology, merging molecular and cellular methods with the study of intricate whole organism systems. Faculty offer outstanding interdisciplinary research training for graduate and undergraduate students across key fields of animal and human health, such as immunology, cellular and molecular biology, physiology, neuroscience, genomics, cancer research, virology, medical technology, infectious diseases, as well as toxicology and pharmacology. Additionally, they provide significant public service contributions at national and global levels within their respective academic specialties.
International applicants must have a degree comparable to a regionally accredited U.S. bachelor’s degree.
