UWL's Theatre Arts program has earned national acclaim, receiving numerous awards from both the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival and the American College Theater Festival Irene Ryan Competition.
Theater arts brings stories to life through live performances before audiences, whether based on reality or imagination. This expansive field offers multiple pathways, both onstage and backstage. UWL's Theatre Arts program features six specialized focus areas:
Comprehensive theater studies
Design and technical production
Acting performance
Musical theater
Production management
Arts leadership
Applicant must have completion of secondary or post-secondary from institution.
English Language Proficiency
Applicant must have TOEFL score of 73 with IELTS score of 6.0 and PTE score of 54. In addition completion of ELS level 112 and completion of WESLI level 700 is required.
Priority application deadlines are 15 December for the January/Spring semester and 15 July for the September/Fall semester.
