This program equips students with essential knowledge, adaptable skills, and the versatility to thrive in dynamic global settings. Learners explore and influence their world through written expression while cultivating sought-after communication abilities. The curriculum fosters collaborative teamwork, digital writing proficiency, and audience-aware composition. Participants culminate their studies with a senior capstone, compile a professional writing portfolio, and have opportunities for internships and research projects. The writing and rhetoric concentration within the English major serves as an excellent complementary degree, as most professions value strong capabilities in written communication, persuasive techniques, and critical analysis.
Applicant must have completion of secondary or post-secondary from institution.
English Language Proficiency
Applicant must have TOEFL score of 73 with IELTS score of 6.0 and PTE score of 54. In addition completion of ELS level 112 and completion of WESLI level 700 is required.
Priority application deadlines are 15 December for the January/Spring semester and 15 July for the September/Fall semester.
