The Department of Communication at the University of Washington equips students to navigate the evolving communication challenges of our era, when sharing truthful, evidence-based information is increasingly vital. Regardless of whether you are applying as a U.S. or international student, if you have attended a school outside of the U.S. that follows a national compulsory curriculum, you are required to upload a scanned, unofficial copy of your transcript for grade levels 9 and higher in the Upload section of the UW questions portion of your online application.
