The Architecture and Construction Management Dual Degree program offers students comprehensive training in both design and construction fields. By completing both degrees at the same time, students can earn a BS in Construction Management and a BA in Architectural Design with only three extra quarters of coursework. This combined degree benefits graduates pursuing careers with government entities, consulting firms, contractors, or homebuilders that value architectural design skills, as well as architectural or planning firms requiring project management knowledge. Students start as Architectural Design majors and apply to the Construction Management Department during their junior year spring. They complete their third year in architectural studies before transitioning to construction management coursework in their fourth year.
