The Master of Science in International Affairs and Global Enterprise (MIAGE) program offers a unique curriculum that equips students with analytical, political, legal, and sociocultural expertise to address worldwide challenges. Alumni secure sought-after positions in multinational corporations, governmental bodies, and nonprofit organizations. This rigorous cross-disciplinary program educates students on the interplay between business, law, economics, and sociology in international contexts. Participants develop both strategic thinking and practical abilities, along with essential competencies for conducting global, sector-specific, and regional assessments. Graduates prepared to tackle intricate international problems are recruited by public institutions, charitable groups, and commercial enterprises operating across borders. The University of Utah's MIAGE program cultivates globally aware professionals. The 39-credit curriculum can be extended to 42 credits for students lacking international work experience through a mandatory internship. The program structure includes seven foundational courses, six electives, and a capstone research project. Under specific conditions, students may complete the degree within a year and a half.
