The Anthropology department provides Master of Arts (M.A.) and Master of Science (M.S.) degrees across four specialized tracks: Biological Anthropology, Archaeology, Cultural Evolution and Cognitive Behavior, and Evolutionary Ecology. Students typically focus their graduate studies within one of these disciplines and are advised to engage in research activities early in their academic journey.
The M.A. and M.S. programs are structured as two-year curricula. Degrees are conferred after fulfilling all course requirements and achieving a satisfactory score on the master's comprehensive examination.
