Robotics involves smartly linking perception with action. The School of Computing and Mechanical Engineering Department proudly collaborate to provide the nation's second graduate robotics program, featuring a curriculum that teaches core robotics principles along with specialized classes in perception, cognition, and movement. Demonstrating robotics' cross-disciplinary character, the Robotics Track faculty and coursework equally represent both the School of Computing and Mechanical Engineering Department. PhD candidates receive full financial support during their studies through teaching assistantships, research positions, and fellowships, contingent upon satisfactory progress. Master's students may qualify for funding through teaching or research assistant roles.
