The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in psychology demands 36 credit hours within the discipline, not counting general education credits, plus four semesters of foreign language. A minimum of 24 credits must be upper-level courses (3000+), with a maximum of 39 psychology credits applicable toward graduation. All students must complete a senior project, which can be fulfilled through various pathways: a one- or two-semester research capstone, an additional core course, a graduate-level 5000 course, or a psychology practicum. Due to the program's flexible nature, students should collaborate closely with advisors to strategically plan coursework aligned with their professional goals. Early completion of foundational courses is highly recommended.
