The Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AG PCNP) certification program is designed for nursing professionals who already hold a graduate degree and wish to acquire specialized training to pursue AG PCNP certification. Qualification Requirements

To be eligible for admission, applicants must have:
Earned Master of Science in Nursing degree or Doctor of Nursing practice from an accredited college/university that is accredited by a nationally recognized body for nursing education accreditation.

Higher ed. grade point average of 3.0 in graduate coursework. (All graduate courses taken at all higher ed. institutions, unadjusted for grade deletion, are used in the calculation.)
Active, unrestricted, unencumbered, Ohio RN License.
Current resume or curriculum vitae (CV).
Three recommendations completed by professional sources (Graduate-level nursing preferred).
Official transcripts of all previous graduate coursework.
Transcripts must indicate completion at graduate level advanced pathophysiology, advanced pharmacology, and advanced health assessment with a grade of B or higher in each course.
