The EECS Department aims to train the next generation of electrical engineering and computer science professionals, advance knowledge in these disciplines through research, and create innovative solutions for technological and societal challenges. Our department provides graduate programs including Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (M.S.E.E), Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Engineering degrees. The intelligent systems focus area explores both classical artificial intelligence and emerging computational intelligence domains. Students must complete at least 60 credits post-M.S. or 90 credits post-B.S. to qualify for degrees.
