This Applied Mathematics and Industrial Mathematics program offers advanced training in high-demand mathematical applications, focusing on solving practical problems through research while preparing students for leadership roles. The curriculum requires 24 graduate-level mathematics credits plus 3 credits from either the College of Sciences or Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design. Practical research experience comes through the AIM 6943 Internship and Research Project course, which connects academic theory with industrial applications. Leadership preparation includes two courses covering communication strategies, leadership principles, and essential business concepts.
