The Master in Leadership Studies (MLS) program equips graduates for leadership roles across diverse fields including education, military, corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations, focusing on enhancing both leadership principles and practical applications. Qualification Requirements

Submission of transcripts according to the requirements of the Graduate School.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Demonstration of academic achievement and potential as indicated by the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and upper-level undergraduate and graduate coursework.
A one- to two-page statement of purpose that addresses educational and career goals and reasons for pursuing an MLS degree.
Three letters of recommendation from instructors, job supervisors, or others in a position to evaluate the student's ability to succeed in a MLS program.
A current resum reflecting career and volunteer experience.
For international students, a score of 600 on the TOEFL and an in-person or telephone interview.

If you did not attend high school in the United States and your most recent institution of learning was not located in an English-speaking country, UTEP requires you to provide evidence of English-language proficiency. Some programs require 600 or better. Minimum score of 79 on the internet-based test (iBT), and minimum of 6.5 on IELTS.
