The Aerospace Engineering (ASE) graduate program at The University of Texas at Austin ranks among the nation's top 10, providing students the chance to conduct groundbreaking research alongside renowned faculty. Our curriculum enables students to pursue either a Master of Science in Engineering or a Doctor of Philosophy in aerospace engineering. While a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering or a related engineering discipline is typically required, applicants with science or mathematics backgrounds may be admitted with supplemental undergraduate coursework to address any gaps.
This specialization focuses on investigating orbital dynamics, space measurement science, and satellite observation techniques as they relate to spacecraft and astronomical objects.
