The Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at UTA maintains a strong partnership with UT Southwestern Medical Center. This program equips students for careers in bioengineering that demand expertise in research, development, and teaching across diverse environments, including industry, hospitals, academic and medical research institutions, and government regulatory bodies. Graduates can also advance their education in medical, dental, or bioengineering fields. The curriculum features two specialized tracks: Tissue engineering and medical imaging.
