The Post DNP Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (P-PCNP) certification program equips DNP-trained APRNs with advanced expertise to deliver primary healthcare services to children and teenagers. This program trains P-PCNPs to autonomously assess, diagnose, and treat patients from infancy to young adulthood (ages 0-21), conduct thorough health evaluations, implement age-appropriate wellness initiatives, offer family guidance, and address both acute and chronic pediatric conditions.

Through academic instruction and hands-on clinical training, students gain specialized proficiency in pediatric primary care. Graduates are equipped to enhance healthcare quality by applying research-based practices and empowering both children and their caregivers in health management. Upon program completion, graduates qualify to sit for national Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner certification exams.
