The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program collaborates with the Department of Business Analytics and Statistics to provide a combined degree pathway, allowing students to simultaneously earn an MBA with a Business Administration focus and a Master of Science in Business Analytics. This integrated approach reduces the required coursework by roughly 15 graduate credit hours (equivalent to one semester) compared to pursuing each degree separately.
This dual-degree initiative acknowledges today's intricate business landscape, where data-driven decision-making demands strong technical and analytical capabilities. It highlights how the MBA and MS in Business Analytics programs complement each other, while emphasizing the academic advantages of studying business strategy alongside advanced analytical methodologies.

Qualification Requirements
Applicants for the MBA-MS Business Analytics program must make separate application to and be accepted by the Office of Graduate Admissions for the Master of Business Administration and the Master of Science with a major in Business Analytics.
Students should indicate on both applications the intent to pursue the dual MBA-MS program.
After the MBA application deadline of December 15, applications by United States citizens and permanent residents will be considered as space allows.
Additional information is required and different application dates are established by Graduate Admissions for international students.
The MBA Program requires a GMAT score for admissions consideration.
Applicants with non-U.S. degrees must have earned a minimum of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or other equivalent to a B average. If you have completed previous graduate coursework, you must have earned a minimum of 3.3 out of a possible 4.0 or other equivalent to a B+ average.
The MBA program requires a minimum score of 600 or 100 IBT for the TOEFL or 7.5 for the IELTS. Test scores are valid for two years.
