The International Studies Bachelor of Arts program equips students with essential competencies for thriving in our interconnected global environment. Degree candidates must complete seven foundational courses spanning humanities and scientific disciplines such as political science, history, and economics, which provide frameworks for analyzing international challenges and governance structures. Additionally, students satisfy cultural literacy prerequisites by selecting from three course alternatives, attain proficiency in a non-native language, and complete a minimum three-credit international experience through conventional coursework, service-learning, practical training, or internships conducted overseas.
