The International Studies Bachelor of Arts program equips students with essential competencies for thriving in our interconnected global environment. This interdisciplinary curriculum encompasses international relations, political science, economics, regional studies, and more, pushing students to examine worldwide security concerns, political economies, governance systems, and nations through multiple contextual lenses. Through targeted academic work, language acquisition, and overseas educational experiences, learners cultivate intercultural sensitivity and effective cross-cultural communication abilities. Graduates emerge prepared for advanced academic pursuits and dynamic professional opportunities across governmental and corporate sectors. The program emphasizes honing analytical reasoning, investigative techniques, and articulate expression to foster engaged global participation.

Degree candidates must complete seven foundational courses spanning humanities and scientific disciplines such as political science, history, and economics, which provide frameworks for analyzing international challenges and governance structures. Additionally, students satisfy cultural literacy prerequisites by selecting from three course alternatives, attain proficiency in a non-native language, and complete a minimum three-credit international experience through conventional coursework, service-learning, practical training, or internships conducted overseas.
