The Master of Science in Technical Entrepreneurship and Management (TEAM) is a collaborative program between the Simon Business School and the Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, overseen by the University of Rochester's Ain Center for Entrepreneurship. Tailored for students holding undergraduate degrees in engineering, science, or mathematics, this program combines advanced technical training with business and leadership coursework. The TEAM degree can be earned in just one academic year, while part-time students may take longer to complete requirements. Those seeking hands-on experience may opt for a three-semester track, including a summer internship. Sample academic plans are provided for each pathway. Required Credits: 32-33. Available disciplines include Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Energy & The Environment, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Optics.
