The Psychology Department at URI provides both Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree programs in Psychology. These degree paths introduce students to diverse psychological specialties, establish fundamental knowledge about human behavior and mental processes, create opportunities for hands-on learning experiences, and develop scientific research skills. The B.A. and B.S. curricula equip students for various psychology-related careers, graduate programs in psychology and related fields, as well as other professional directions.
