The Bachelor of Fine Arts program offers a studio-focused curriculum with intensive professional development, demanding a greater emphasis on credits from studio-based coursework. To complete the degree, students must earn 72 credits in art and art history disciplines. Our photography studio curriculum provides practical instruction in both traditional darkroom techniques and digital imaging, along with opportunities for independent projects, internships, and historical studies of the medium. Coursework fosters creative exploration and conceptual development, helping students cultivate their unique artistic voices. Collaborative discussions, constructive critiques, and idea exchange form an integral part of developing analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
