The Master of Science in Telecommunications (MST) program examines how data travels across networks to meet human requirements. Originally centered around telephone systems and later the internet, networks now permeate nearly every facet of modern life, from automated residences to integrated cyber-physical environments. Daily, these communication and computing systems facilitate commercial activities, learning initiatives, medical services, transit systems, and both digital and in-person social connections that enhance quality of life. The MST curriculum prepares telecommunications experts to develop, implement, protect, and oversee network architectures that enable creative applications by individuals, institutions, and enterprises.
