The Wharton Ethics & Legal Studies Doctoral Program educates scholars in business ethics and legal frameworks. Participants have opportunities to integrate their studies with complementary disciplines like Philosophy, Law, Psychology, Management, Finance, and Marketing. The curriculum includes foundational coursework in business ethics and law, supplemented by specialized studies in concentrations such as management, ethical philosophy, finance, marketing, or accounting. Qualification Requirements

The Admissions Committee requires three recommendations. The recommendations must be submitted using our online system.
You must submit transcripts of your academic work by scanning and uploading copies of your transcripts through the online application system.
The Wharton Doctoral Programs requires ALL applicants to take and provide scores for either the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Test requirements vary by program, as described below. Applicants whose native language is not English must also take the TOEFL.
