Political processes rely significantly on exchanges between government officials, news outlets, and the public. Annenberg researchers analyze how personal interactions and media influence shape perspectives, decision-making, and actions among voters, leaders, governing bodies, and political frameworks. Operating across disciplines, our scholars explore diverse subjects including healthcare policy, media structures, online communities, news media, identity studies, and beyond, employing both statistical and interpretive research approaches. Three graduates in academic robes posing before the Annenberg School Our doctoral program offers customized study paths aligned with individual research goals, coupled with funding to establish scholarly careers.
