The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is primarily an online degree program tailored for working adults pursuing higher education to advance their professional and personal aspirations. This program equips students with essential leadership competencies for career and community success. The Criminal Justice specialization includes four courses focused on leadership challenges unique to this discipline. Utilizing a hybrid delivery model, the program accommodates working professionals by blending in-person and online instruction. Standard hybrid classes convene weekly for evening sessions, supplemented by online coursework, while the intensive residency option features weekend meetings at each term's beginning and conclusion, with remaining content delivered asynchronously online.
This accelerated program operates year-round with eight-week terms, allowing students to take two three-credit courses per term alongside a consistent peer group. Prospective students should ideally possess 66 college credits upon enrollment, as the program's 54-credit requirement combines with prior coursework to meet the 120-credit graduation threshold. Applicants with fewer credits may be accepted but will need to complete additional courses beyond the Organizational Leadership curriculum to satisfy degree requirements.
