As an art student, you'll cultivate critical thinking, effective communication, and creative problem-solving abilities. Through hands-on studio work and cross-disciplinary projects, you'll gain mastery of materials and techniques, develop experimental approaches, and become proficient in visual expression and conceptual articulation.

Our art program features foundational courses, art history studies, and specialized studio options including digital arts, ceramics, textile arts, metalwork, painting, photography, print media, and three-dimensional art. While all majors complete core requirements, you can tailor your studies by selecting advanced courses in your chosen focus areas.
The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) provides an immersive studio experience for specialization. In this intensive program, you'll formulate your unique artistic perspective through advanced studio practice, interdisciplinary critiques, art history coursework, theoretical seminars, and ultimately produce a culminating BFA thesis project in your selected concentration.
