The Haskell and Irene Lemon Division of Construction Science aims to develop future construction industry leaders by creating an engaging, student-focused learning atmosphere that serves local, state, national, and global communities through cutting-edge instruction, research, and outreach.
The Construction Management (CM) program builds upon students' existing construction knowledge while expanding their expertise in related fields. The coursework emphasizes modern construction developments, project approaches, materials, management techniques, and technological advancements. The leadership course, alongside other CM classes, targets professionals seeking career advancement. The program incorporates research to enhance analytical abilities and decision-making skills.
Classes are structured to cultivate both technical and managerial competencies through various methods: Classroom instruction, External meetings and dialogues
