The University of Oklahoma provides two outstanding Economics degree options - one through the College of Arts and Sciences' Economics Department and another through the Michael F. Price College of Business. Each program delivers essential knowledge of economic principles and applications. Price College's curriculum caters to students aiming for immediate business careers or MBA programs, while the Arts and Sciences track better serves those pursuing law school, medical school, or Economics PhD programs. Since degree requirements differ between majors, students should select based on their future goals. The Economics Club facilitates networking between students and professors across both programs. Participating in club events helps students discover career paths and research possibilities. Both academic units maintain robust internship initiatives to provide practical experience and enhance professional abilities.
