This program is perfect for emergency responders and field team leaders managing crisis situations and imminent disasters. Participants will gain skills in disaster preparedness, coastal risk management, and global conflict resolution. The curriculum follows a hybrid learning approach, combining in-person classes, video conferences, and mobile accessibility - all available live online or through recorded sessions for flexible learning, supplemented by structured self-paced distance education. Each semester features one intensive teaching period lasting two to four weeks at the start of fall, spring, and summer terms.

Qualification Requirements
Applicants seeking admission to the Emergency and Disaster Management Certificate program must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States or its equivalent in a foreign institution based on a four-year program. Applicants must have a strong academic record in any field with an overall GPA of 3.00, or a B average or the equivalent professional experience.
