The Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program equips students with essential competencies for assessing, appraising, and managing sophisticated real estate investments and development deals.
Our graduate candidates come from varied professional fields with differing expertise. Many specialize in specific commercial real estate sectors (such as financing, brokerage, or land use planning) and enroll to gain cross-disciplinary insights and financial expertise for improved commercial property assessment.
The MSRE degree prepares students with critical abilities to examine, appraise, and implement intricate real estate ventures. Qualification Requirements

A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
An overall grade point average of at least 3.0 on the applicant's previous work beyond high school
Unofficial transcripts of all academic work attempted beyond high (secondary) school can be used for admission review. An official (officially certified) final transcript must be submitted if an applicant is offered admission.
A satisfactory score on the GRE or GMAT test unless approved for a GMAT or GRE Waiver
At least three evaluations from persons familiar with the applicant's personal and professional qualifications
An essay describing the applicant's experience and objectives in undertaking graduate study
A resume or a description of work experience. If you are a member of any local real estate industry organizations, please make sure you include these on your resume
A minimum TOEFL score of 220 (computer-based), 557 (paper-based), or 83 (Internet-based) or a minimum IELTS band score of 6.5 required from any applicant whose native language is not English
