The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership equips aspiring administrators for mid-to-senior leadership roles across K-12 and higher education institutions. This program offers three specialization tracks: (1) Higher Education Administration, (2) Instructional Design and Technology, and (3) P-12 District Leadership.
Program graduates develop the ability to:
Comprehend the multifaceted responsibilities of educational leaders within their institutions
Apply advanced leadership skills to achieve objectives in complex organizational environments
Effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and external entities that impact their organizations
Master foundational theories in organizational behavior, leadership studies, social psychology, policy analysis, and educational research
Tackle critical leadership challenges including financial management, policy formulation, program oversight, community engagement, curriculum design, and human resources administration
