UNM's sculpture programs provide a dynamic and varied selection of methods for three-dimensional artistic creation. Students can explore woodworking, metal fabrication, and casting techniques. Our curriculum encompasses both additive and subtractive processes using various materials, along with creative strategies for installations and site-specific artworks.

Qualification Requirements

A prospective student in the graduate studio program must have completed an undergraduate degree. Some academic background in art studio and art history is recommended, however, the portfolio and letter of intent are weighted more heavily in the application process.
