The Bachelor of Arts in English and Music enables students to tailor their education by combining studies across two distinct fields. This adaptable program allows learners to blend coursework from both disciplines to fulfill their unique academic aspirations. These objectives may align with particular career ambitions that other degree options don't accommodate.
Graduates receive one degree with dual majors, appearing on a single diploma and transcript. Completing both majors demands at least 120 credits while satisfying each program's requirements. Students can apply for the second major starting their sophomore year. Maintaining a 3.00 overall GPA is mandatory for continuation and graduation, with a 2.50 minimum in combined major courses. Prospective double majors must formally apply through the Registrar's Office, and this option isn't available during initial enrollment.
