The Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems B.S. program builds students' expertise in biological sciences while exposing them to diverse aspects of modern agriculture and food production. This interdisciplinary domain integrates social, physical, and life sciences, addressing critical global issues like feeding expanding populations while preserving natural resources.

Students engage in practical learning through applied courses and have opportunities to collaborate with faculty on research projects.
