In 2022, the nutrition program marked a century of graduates, honoring this achievement with year-long celebrations and alumni highlights. This adaptable nutrition and wellness curriculum equips students with core knowledge in chemistry, anatomy, physiology, and microbiology, complemented by studies in stress management, wellness principles, and exercise science. The program emphasizes practical application, enabling students to offer nutritional counseling and health advice in real-world settings. To tailor their education to professional aspirations, students are advised to complement their studies with minors in fields like kinesiology, business administration, or healthcare management, or to pursue a dual degree in EcoGastronomy.
