This specialization centers on strategically aligning and supervising these key resources to strengthen an organization's market position. Ideal for visionary thinkers and business generalists, this business administration track prepares students for leadership roles across various industries.
Through the Management Option, students gain expertise in evaluating organizational performance, pinpointing obstacles, crafting strategic solutions, and driving impactful improvements. The curriculum focuses on developing analytical reasoning, decision-making abilities, strategic planning techniques, and leadership competencies for ethical management in global markets—including innovation oversight, technological adaptation, sustainable transformation, and navigating cross-cultural organizational dynamics.
Each student must have their official high school diploma or general equivalency diploma.

Minimum TOEFL score is 80 (internet version), 550 (paper version), 213 (computer version); recommended minimum IELTS score is 6.5; recommend Duolingo score is 105 or higher.
