The Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science enables you to blend computer science studies with another academic discipline. As computational methods become integral to nearly every field of research and creative work, this adaptable program proves invaluable. The algorithms specialization is designed for students concentrating on core principles in algorithms, AI, and machine learning. You'll gain hands-on experience at the UNH InterOperability Lab, collaborating with leading tech firms to evaluate new equipment prior to market release. Computer science students are strongly encouraged to pursue research via capstone initiatives and independent study projects. Numerous UNH student groups align perfectly with computer science students, including the Cyber Security Club, Linux Club, and Wildcat Women in Computer Science. Additionally, the Programming Assistance Center provides drop-in help and academic support.
